this will be my first and last experience at the grand times hotel, in this day and age customer service should be top priority. I will not be returning to this hotel again as the lack of customer service is outstanding, on my previous stays in Quebec I have always stayed the super 8 which I would highly recommend. upon my arrival home I contacted the hotel manager to advise of my experience, there was nothing done or any plans of doing anything to fix the issue, I was charged $170 for this experience. after 4 hours in this room we left the hotel.

Checked into this hotel this past weekend, we were a family of 3, we were given our room keys to a room that was in the basement, so we went to our room to discover 1 double bed, also discovered the room didn't have a sofa or a sofa bed as all hotels do, we were given a double bed for a family of 3 there was also no coffee maker in the room, and there was 1 only face cloth and 1 only hand towel.
